The kind of things you will be doing:

  • Own all aspects of the Paytronix external website paytronix.com including the optimization of architecture, navigation, journeys and performance
  • Manage and optimize owned and earned digital marketing channels, targeting and performance, including: SEO, SEM, display retargeting, affiliate and social media marketing with a heavy focus on ensuring ROI goals and traffic targets are met
  • Partner with content and campaigns teams on full funnel campaign strategies, performance enhancements and reporting
  • Manage all metrics & reporting:
    • Generate reports and dashboards for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL’s); Sales Qualified Leads (SQL’s); conversion rates; pipeline; website, campaign and digital channel performance
    • Based on results and analysis, recommend digital optimization strategies to improve pipeline & engagement
    • Partner closely with Sales Operations Manager on campaign strategies, plus systems and pipeline optimization
  • Own the full Martech stack, including marketing automation, social media and account-based marketing platforms; manage the integration of all systems, tools & platforms

The kind of skills and experience you will need: 

  • 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in the technology sector
  • Experience developing and executing digital marketing strategies and tactics including management of channel strategies across SEM + SEO, display retargeting, affiliate marketing, and paid and organic social media marketing with a heavy focus on optimization to ensure ROI goals and sales/traffic targets are being met
  • Proven ability to partner with marketing agencies on the planning, implementation and measurement of paid search and affiliate marketing channel strategies
  • Track record of managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising programs for a profitable ROI
  • Highly motivated self-starter and comfortable working independently to achieve a successful result
  • Ability to analyze a variety of digital marketing campaigns and present recommendations based on results
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tool, as well as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such at Pardot or HubSpot

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
