In collaboration with the cross-functional marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of the global integrated paid digital marketing strategy. This includes spearheading awareness campaigns, implementing innovative lead generation tactics, and driving omni-channel retargeting programs to cultivate leads throughout the buying journey. You will also be the point of contact for all paid social with our agency partners and lead all aspects of execution.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Handle and optimize innovative integrated multi-channel digital campaigns from conception to launch and the daily execution based on the latest standard processes.
  • Point of contact for Content Syndication to drive flawless execution with Digital Agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Working together with the regional marketing, campaign, and agency partner to develop innovative integrated digital campaigns with the right channel-mix strategy and budget
  • Defining, measuring, optimizing, and reporting campaign performance and providing practical insights to the team
  • Work closely with Digital execution team to ensure all campaigns are live on time
  • For Content Syndication handle work back schedule and partners with Solution lead to oversee campaign deliverables and develop program timeline
  • Manage project timeline and oversee deliverable / asset creation across pmm, campaigns and agency
  • Request and lead all aspects of program builds within Integrate platform
  • Review design and copy drafts with an eye for detail
  • Partner with stakeholders to trouble-shoot and resolve any operational issues or roadblocks for campaign production
  • Support the region with ABM digital programs (DemandBase)
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, business systems, marketing operations, and our web teams
  • Identify critical areas of improvement across the funnel while developing plans to address challenges in a rapid and effective manner

What You Bring Along/Qualifications

  • Possess + years of global experience with hands-on execution, implementing digital strategy, and building/running multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across the buyer's journey.
  • B2B marketing experience, with a focus on SaaS and targeting developer audiences, is highly advantageous!
  • Experience initiating and driving strategic, cross-functional programs to completion with minimal guidance.
  • Experience running content syndication programs (familiarity with publishers and database vendors), multi touch programs, ABM programs
  • Demonstrated experience collecting and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover customer insights
  • Deep understanding of enterprise-level marketing technology tools (Marketo, Sprinklr, SFDC, Tableau, Google Analytics, Integrate, Demandbase, etc.).
  • Ability to define strategic vision through data analysis, insights, and prioritization.
  • Excellent communication project management skills to influence, leverage, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success
  • Bonus if you have experience handling a digital agency or have worked for an agency yourself!
