About the Position:

Are you passionate about the intersection of marketing and technology? Do you have a keen eye for digital trends and a strategic mindset to drive business growth? BEDGEAR, a leading innovator in the sleep industry, is seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and strategies to maximize brand visibility, engagement, and revenue generation for bedgear.com. This role requires creative thinking, superior organizational skills and management skills to lead a team of 3 direct reports

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

  • Email, Lifecycle Marketing:
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase our CRM file size.
    • Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies, including segmentation, automation, and personalization, to nurture leads and drive customer retention across email and SMS.
    • Oversee the creation and execution of compelling email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers that align with the brand's messaging and objectives.
    • Regularly analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for higher open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Website Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the cross-functional team to optimize the website for user experience, brand authority and conversion rate optimization.
    • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns on the website, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing objectives.
    • Monitor website analytics, track user behavior, and implement improvements to enhance engagement and drive conversions.
  • Public Relations (PR):
    • Own the relationship and priorities with our outside PR agency
    • Drive the strategy to amplify our partnerships, including Dallas Mavericks
    • Ideate and approve compelling PR materials, including press releases, media kits, and story pitches, to generate positive brand exposure.
    • Measure and report on the impact of PR efforts, including media mentions, reach, and sentiment.
    • Own LinkedIn platform driving increased followers and owning posting calendar
  • Affiliate Marketing:
    • Manage and grow the affiliate marketing program by recruiting new affiliates and nurturing existing partnerships.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue and drive customer acquisition.
  • Customer Reviews:
    • Own the relationship with our 3rd party review platform
    • Test and evaluate strategies to build high quality and quantity of product reviews
  • Digital Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing and business goals.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate them into the marketing strategy.
    • Plan the tactical roadmap for growth in your department, setting KPIs and measuring performance and opportunities for future success.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma/GED;
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, business management or closely related field is highly preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify
  • English proficient (reading, writing, speaking/listening, comprehension)
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, website optimization, PR and digital advertising.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and managing affiliate relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative mindset and ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge and experience with various digital marketing and analytics software such as Google Analytics, Tableau and others.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
  • Must be willing and able to work on-site @ Our House in Farmingdale
