Position Overview:Â
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at GUIDEcx. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. Your expertise will drive our online presence, increase brand awareness, and promote our products and services under the direction of our Director of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, review sites, paid social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report on digital marketing performance, analyzing key metrics and providing insights for optimization.
- Identify trends and insights to enhance campaign performance, optimize budget allocation, and achieve targeted goals.
- Brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies to expand our customer base and increase conversions.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to improve user experience and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing and website pages and optimize user experience, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and manage a review site strategy across multiple channels
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendor partners to leverage their expertise and optimize digital marketing efforts.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on their adoption to enhance our digital marketing capabilities
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a solid track record of successful results in managing SEO/SEM, website, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- 3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly creative with the ability to identify target audiences and devise engaging digital campaigns.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement
- Proficiency in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to drive conversions.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to make informed decisions.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
