Position Summary: We are looking for a creative individual to join our expanding company and lead our in-house design and marketing team! This person would be directly involved in the development and execution of marketing and branding initiatives across various channels. We are looking for candidates who have a track record of contributing to outstanding, multichannel advertising or marketing campaigns that not only look great but preform efficiently as well. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker who is aware of current trends and has excellent verbal and written communication skills to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key Roles / Responsibilities:

• Prepare digital product pitch presentations.
• Oversee marketing initiatives across various social media channels.
• Contribute to brainstorming meetings and the development of new ideas.
• Ability to conceptualize and deliver creative content including written, photo, and video assets to align with the brand's voice.
• Create visually appealing videos and photos of the company's owned and operated real estate projects.
• Edit and proofread marketing content.
• Collaborate with Management Team to execute and implement new ideas.
• Manage and maintain project deadlines.
• Work with third party vendors to accomplish tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Able to read, speak and write in English.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with personnel and vendors.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.

• Recognizes confidential information and maintains it in accordance with standard procedures.
• Must be proficient with the skills and understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and all social media platforms.
• Prior experience working on a wide range of marketing functions including branding, communications, advertising, email marketing, digital marketing, website, content creation.
• Ability to travel if necessary.
• Ability and availability to attend special events when necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Digital Photography
• 1 year of experience in Graphic Design
• 1 year of experience in Adobe Creative Suite
• 1 year of experience in Adobe Illustrator
