Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of eCommerce marketing strategies, analytics, and customer engagement to drive traffic and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic to our eCommerce platform.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Bring Innovation in B2B engagement and conversion on ecommerce through optimized campaigns, channels and communication.
  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic.
  • Create and manage email marketing and whatsapp campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
  • Analyze website traffic and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media presence, creating engaging content for internal and external customers to build a community and drive customer loyalty.
  • Create newsletters, whatsapp and social media creatives for customer communication.
  • Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and ROI.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, in B2B, D2C or ecommerce sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Adwords, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Canva).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
