Digital Marketing Manager (Hybrid)
Job Description
Reporting to the Brand Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the website management and digital marketing coordination for Beko and Blomberg brands in North America. This includes digital brand marketing, paid media management, SEM, and Beko US & Blomberg's website operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Website Management
- Day to day administration and maintenance of company websites (Beko & Blomberg). Test and troubleshoot all site functions using various devices and browsers to ensure connectivity, functionality, and visuals operate as they should.
- Use Content Management System (CMS) for website content updates. Ensure proper image sizes, naming and tagging protocols, product numbers, descriptions, and procedure documentation are accurate and updated regularly.
- Support new product launches, create relevant content on the website, build new landing pages to support marketing initiatives. Ensure websites are up to date with product offerings, functionality, and updated, fresh content.
- Define, test, optimize, and launch SEO programs. Review site content and update with SEO trends; ongoing SEO optimization.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, site performance, and engagement levels. Deliver reporting for SEO optimization, web analytics, and behavioral analytics.
Paid Media Coordination
- Coordinate & execute presence in publications with vertical and horizontal media outlets and trade organizations, including digital and print advertising, sourcing directories, and webinars.
- Support the development of paid media strategy recommendation(s) across channels and media vendors. Coordinate acquisition channels including but not limited to SEM, paid social, display non-digital, and retargeting, print ad, guerilla, etc. from strategy to creative concept, execution, and reporting results.
- Assist in designing the advertising assets, including effective ad copy, images, videos, landing pages, and calls to action for the paid media projects.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly paid media reports.
Digital Brand Communication
- Digital Content Creation: Develop/design elements (photography, graphics, templates), digital brochures, CG visuals, videos, etc. to support marketing initiatives. Refine/ adapt contents for the digital platforms and executions to enhance consumer experience and facilitate optimization.
- Coordinate end-to-end email processes. Including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered, and dynamic content-driven campaigns. Develop & maintain the email calendars, build contents for different audience groups.
- Assist daily communication with the creative & media agencies.
- Work closely with global teams for website & digital communications and prepare marketing presentations & reports forms whenever necessary.
- Budget tracking: Obtain proof of work and track back-up invoices on relevant third parties to ensure effective budget management. Track budget daily.
Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of digital marketing experience is required.
- A demonstrated track record of successful website management experience is highly preferred. Ability to design and develop website landing pages. Experience with Adobe Experience Manager & Shopify is required.
- Graphical editing experience using Photoshop, InDesign is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google AdWords.
- Ability to use digital marketing tools including Autopilot, Braze, Hubspot, etc.
