REPORTS TO: Digital Marketing Director
LOCATION: Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY (partial remote)

THE OPPORTUNITY: DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the design and execution of Birdy Grey's paid media marketing strategy alongside the Digital Marketing Director. Channel focuses are (but not limited to): Paid Search/Shopping, Display, and Affiliates. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Director and will work closely with colleagues in the marketing department and across the organization to drive incremental traffic, sales and achieve customer acquisition goals.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Director to design the strategy, vision, and roadmap to generate high quality conversions via paid search/shopping, display, and affiliates
  • Build and continuously optimize the full lifecycle of our paid search, display, and affiliate campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Analyze and track channel performance to provide recommendations and opportunities
  • Execute ongoing optimizations and campaign updates to ensure channel performance is on pace relative to marketing goals
  • Implement testing initiatives in key areas such as creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and placements
  • Identify and vet new and emerging channels as they relate to marketing goals
  • Conduct competitive and market research on an ongoing basis to evaluate consumer behavior
  • Generate reports for all major metrics to track goals, revenue, and other paid social initiatives
  • Manage tags and pixels, product feeds, and audiences as they pertain to each channel
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the business to support new initiatives and build ideas for optimizations

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE: QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
EDUCATION: College degree required
EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid search/shopping, display, and affiliates
  • Advanced direct campaign management experience required, including the ability to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting based on performance data and deep understanding of campaign metrics
  • Foundational understanding of conversion tracking and pixel management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform data deep dives to surface actionable insights
  • Deep understanding of omni channel and customer centric marketing strategies
  • Foundational understanding of attribution and how certain channels support the overall marketing program
  • Working knowledge of data analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to troubleshoot and/or escalate issues effectively
  • Hard working and eager to willing to roll sleeves up - no job is too big or too small
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, fluid environment. You are comfortable with ambiguity and take initiative to lead projects

  • Interest and knowledge in the fashion and bridal industry
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau)
