Position Overview
We're looking for a passionate marketer with prior B2B experience who loves to build content and campaign assets, enjoys tackling complex problems, gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement, and has run portions of integrated campaigns from beginning to end.

Reports to: Director Digital Media
Primary Responsibilities:
This role will be focused on Programmatic Media and Social management while collaborating closely with our Paid Search, Campaigns/Content and Analytics teams
  • Responsible for campaign set-up, including audience targets, management of campaigns, optimization of bids and creative types, billing and budget reconciliation as well as reporting against KPIs.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic display and paid social bids and budgets.
  • Effectively collaborates cross-functionally within Marketing and across the organization to produce on-time deliverables that meet business goals, as well as integrate and activate those deliverables across channels.
  • Drive progress with agencies and vendors, always documenting communication and follow ups to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Measure and report on revenue lift from brand campaigns and contributing to revenue from owned and earned channels and working with leadership teams to align on forecasts and impact models.
  • Be a subject matter expert in our technology, market trends, target personas and pain points to optimize campaigns.
  • Be a hands-on creator of impactful and compelling digital marketing and sales campaigns to optimize prospect conversion and upsell.
Education and Experience:
  • 5-7 years' B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS industry and at least 1 year managing direct reports
  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing or related field desired
  • At least 3+ years' experience working with agencies and using programmatic display platforms: Rollworks, Centro, TTD, Quantcast or other comparable platforms.
  • Ability to work within a project management tool putting in creative requests, submitting for reviews and approvals and ensuring project timelines are met.
  • Superior communication skills working across internal and external departments
  • Organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated, with project management experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly reliable and accountable to achieve deadlines, working with multiple team members across different departments, while managing multiple projects
  • Must be a self-starter and problem solver, not afraid to ask questions
  • Experience working with diverse internal stakeholders, including management, sales, design, human resources, etc.
  • Expert knowledge with Marketing Platforms: Google Ads/YouTube, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick Bid Manager, LinkedIn Campaigns, Facebook Ads

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position is $ $72,010 - $120,408/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
