Let's talk about the team
The Emerging Channels Digital Marketing Team is responsible for ensuring the fundamentals of digital marketing are competently deployed and optimized across consumer-facing channels. These capabilities include, but are not limited to, content marketing, SEO, search engine marketing, display marketing, and email marketing. The goal of the digital marketing team is to grow website audience that serves the dual purpose of providing branding support.
The market landscape within sleep health is complex, rapidly evolving and highly competitive. You will lead a high performing and focused cross-functional team.
Let's talk about the role
The Digital Marketing Manager leads a high functioning team comprised of four direct reports including paid demand generation, SEO, email and automation, and analysis. You will prioritize tasks among team members to align with the broader Emerging Channel organization's quarterly objectives and annual operating plan. You will use your years of experience to mentor and coach your direct reports, while enabling them to execute on key strategic initiatives that stretch across multiple platforms and audiences.

Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years in a digital marketing role with at least 3 years of direct team leadership responsibilities
- A bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Preference is made to candidates with an advanced degree
- Significant and recent practical knowledge of managing SEO initiatives as well as SEM campaigns
- Strong command of the principals of inbound marketing and the HubSpot Flywheel model
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Experience working with brand and creative teams to co-develop marketing campaigns for deployment across multiple owned and unowned channels
- Experience measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns
- eCommerce experience
- Experience managing high functioning digital marketing teams whose primary objectives included audience development within the consumer-facing medical field
It would be a plus if you have:
- Strong preference is made to candidate who has previously managed high functioning digital marketing teams whose primary objectives included audience development within the consumer-facing medical field
- Experience managing organic social media campaigns
- Experience working in a large, multi-channel corporate environment
