Micron Commercial Products Group (CPG) is a division of Micron, one of the world's largest memory and flash storage manufacturers. Based out of Meridian, Idaho with additional international locations, the CPG Integrated Marketing department provides support for Micron and Crucial branded products selling to large channel partners and advise via the crucial.com website where it has a strong presence in North America, Europe, and Asia.

We are recruiting for an exciting position within our global marketing team, tasked with supporting the group's digital marketing function. Reporting directly to the Manager for Digital Marketing Campaigns, you will be responsible for driving our SEO program, working directly with our teams in North America, Europe, and Asia, as well as our global SEO agencies.

As the primary source of truth for the group's SEO activity, your role will be necessary to improving our search engine performance globally as well as growing brand clarity & sales. An analytical problem solver with a passion for digital marketing, you will also need a developed sense of eye for business to help guide your data-driven approach.

You should be comfortable challenging the status quo in order to develop new and innovative ways to optimize the digital marketing team's approach to search. You will need to use data analysis programs and research to monitor customer search patterns, thus, identifying innovative ways to optimize customer journeys, and ultimately drive maximum conversion from our marketing investments.

Furthermore, you'll be as passionate about new technology and computers as our customers are. Previous experience in an international marketing function is desirable.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Drive, develop and implement a successful global SEO strategy.
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and stay up to date with industry trends and changes to algorithms.
• Provide search intent research for upcoming product and campaign launches to help inform messaging and launch assets that appeal to targeted audience.
• Lead a team of SEO agencies and budget globally
• Collaborate with the brand team to ensure messages are relevant to readers and aligned to brand values while addressing SEO needs
• Collaborate with the web team to drive, prioritize and own the SEO roadmap
• Work with the web and marketing insight teams to measure the success of SEO activity
• Conduct regular analysis of Channel/Campaign performance and adjust strategy accordingly to improve critical metrics.
• Collaborate with the rest of the digital campaign marketing team to ensure your approach is complementary to other digital marketing channels such as display, paid search and e-mail

Skills and Experience:

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
• Deep understanding of SEO standard methodologies and shown ability to develop and implement strategies that improve return on investment.
• Experience with SEO reporting and using MS Excel.
• Familiarity with relevant digital marketing and web analytics tools
• Analytical problem solver with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organization, project management, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and run multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-motivated, flexible and able to work autonomously.
• Comfortable working in a distributed team located in different time zones
• Non-English language skills desirable
