The Role
WorkMarket is seeking a digital marketer to enhance our efforts to scale the business. As the digital marketing expert, you will own the SEM and SEO channels, the maintenance and optimization of workmarket.com, social campaigns as well as other digital initiatives. You will support the lead generation initiatives set out by our Director of Demand Generation, and be measured by your ability to drive an increase in leads and opportunities through different channels.
Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Prior experience driving growth will ensure success for the growth marketing manager:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing - experience running paid search campaigns, SEO, A/B testing on landing pages, LinkedIn/Facebook campaigns, etc
- Strong knowledge and comfort working with analytics tools such as SEMrush, Conductor, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, Ahrefs, Looker, Tableau
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Eloqua marketing automation tool, and various CMS platforms (example Contentful) a plus
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose the lead generation and development process to remove bottlenecks and prescribe changes to targeting, messaging, campaign execution and lead development tactics
- Ability to assess lead and opportunity channels and help inform the mix of effort and investment across channels to maximize growth.
- Produce reliable tactical and strategic insights into the effectiveness of digital programs with the ability to communicate complex ideas and solutions in a simple, easily understood and actionable way
- Partner with product marketing to maximize the ROI of our content - ensuring each piece of content drives engagement and is distributed across relevant channels
- Define KPIs and create full-funnel dashboards to help us measure, optimize, and scale marketing efforts
- Experience working with and managing agencies to drive results

Responsibilities:
The growth marketing manager is responsible for building, executing and measuring digital programs:
- Manage the SEM channel and budget on a daily basis to drive qualified leads. Keep up to date with latest SEM best practices, educate internal stakeholders, and implement changes within Google Adwords. Work with our design agency to optimize SEM landing pages.
- Develop a working knowledge of our product so that you can make copy edits for SEM, SEO and our website. Work with members of marketing, sales and product team to integrate content onto our site.
- Maintain and optimize www.workmarket.com with the help of our development agency. Develop A/B testing plans and identify areas to improve the buyer journey on site. Support creating new playbooks within our site chatbot.
- Work closely with our adp.com SEO team to drive lead generation for WorkMarket on our parent site, and optimize SEO on workmarket.com.
- Create and present analytics reporting across the site, SEM, and SEO. Regularly measure and analyze the performance of those channels to identify areas of improvement.
- Leverage best practices from the ADP digital team and incorporate into WorkMarket channels
- Develop other digital marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and build a case for piloting.

Other Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of work experience
- Experience managing previous agencies required
Other Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) preferred
- Prior roles bringing Software as a Service (SaaS) products or subscription-based businesses to market in competitive industries
- Experience working with complex, matrixed businesses
- Strong leadership skills to influence across organizational lines and executive presence as well as outstanding interpersonal, verbal, written communication, presentation and process facilitation skills with the ability to present his/her views in a compelling manner.
- Highly collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, energetic and complex environment.
- A high degree of personal initiative, results orientation and integrity are essential
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. Compensation range for this role is - $68,700- $139,300 / Year
