What You'll Need:
- Minimum Education (or substitute experience) required: Undergraduate Degree.
- Minimum Experience required: 6-8 years in a related role.
- Must have:
- Agency experience.Â
- Experience dealing with VP level and higher clients.Â
- Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience managing a program of interrelated projects and marketing channel initiatives that ladder up to larger business goals.Â
- Direct management experience. This role will have 2-3 direct-reports.Â
- Preferred: PMP Certification
- Preferred: Experience managing conceptual and creative brand work and teams. Experience in other verticals or business models (e.g. website development, traditional media, retail, software development).
What You’ll Do:
- Oversees Coordinator, Associate, and Producer work as it relates to program and approve schedules/risk escalations/ CIRs etc; before going to the client.
- Direct management accountabilities, oversees goal planning, annual reviews, and daily management of up to 3 direct reports.
- Understands client business and goals to effectively manage all related projects in a coordinated manner to ensure overall program goals are aligned.
- Supports in defining and creating processes within the PM department, and conducts trainings as necessary.
- Prioritizes across projects in the program, identifies and manages cross-project resources, tasks, quality issues, risks & retainer work/CIR dependencies and facilitates solutions. Manages overall client expectations and leads on-going communication regarding prioritizations and status.
- Contributes to strategic planning and cross-project strategy and communicates with clients regarding project status, action items and other factual project information. Informs Business Services team regarding risks, strategy, and change orders as surfaced in client communication.
- Ensures that project information is kept up-to-date in repositories and that client and internal teams have clear and accurate project information at hand.
- Recommends new opportunities or changes within program; works with Business Services peers and Strategists to sell through new business to client. Follows through by producing quotes/SOWs for chosen opportunities.
*Hiring salary range for this position: $95,000-100,000*
*This position will be hybrid and based out of our headquarters in San Diego, CA*
