Position OverviewÂ
The Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the development, execution, and oversight of assigned client campaigns. Must work with customers and enrollmentFUEL staff to create solutions and ensure smooth campaign development and execution. The most qualified candidate for this job is someone with digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency.Â
Position OutcomeÂ
The most critical services or results expected from this position:Â
- Oversee assigned projects and digital marketing campaigns
- Serve as liaison between enrollmentFUEL, client-partners, other staff, and vendor-partnersÂ
- Set and oversee production schedules for campaign developmentÂ
- Provide training, reporting, and interpretation of campaign metrics to client-partnersÂ
- Represent enrollmentFUEL in a professional manner in all work-related activitiesÂ
- Accurately reflect and portray the mission and core values of enrollmentFUELÂ
- Effectively build meaningful and personalized relationships with the client-partners to retain their loyaltyÂ

- Work directly with the client-partner and Account Manager to determine needs within parameters outlined in the campaign contractÂ
- Upon handoff from Sales, must work to build rapport and trust as the client-partner’s primary contact during the campaign build and executionÂ
- Have a thorough understanding of the products offered and how they can solve customer issuesÂ
- Attend reoccurring meetings with client-partners, answer questions, and follow-up as needed with emails, calls, and/or Basecamp messagesÂ
- Coordinate campaign development and execution through the Basecamp system (to include message board, to-dos, and calendar)Â
- Gather assets needed from the client-partner for campaign development and make available to the project execution team in an organized fashionÂ
- Define deliverables and set benchmarks and schedule for campaign developmentÂ
- Hold the client-partner and campaign development team accountable, while maintaining a positive upbeat demeanor aligned with our core valuesÂ
- Write copy, as required, for campaign elementsÂ
- Review for accuracy and deliver proofs to clients; convey client feedback to development team in an organized and timely mannerÂ
- Monitor schedule and ensure all marketing and report elements are delivered on timeÂ
- Monitor reports and keep the client-partner engaged with regular communication and interpretation to maximize campaign success and further the relationshipÂ
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities with client-partnersÂ
- Upon campaign completion, work with enrollmentFUEL Business Intelligence & Analytics team to gather data needed to build an end-of-campaign summary reportÂ
- In coordination with the Account Manager, work to execute a successful retention strategyÂ
- Serve as a digital marketing expert and advisor for client-partnersÂ
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns, as neededÂ
- Work closely with the digital team
- Attend staff meetings
- Write newsletter articles and blogs as needed for enrollmentFUELÂ

QualificationsÂ
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in digital marketing or advertising; agency experience preferredÂ
- Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills and the ability to engage with key stakeholders and project team membersÂ
- Advanced knowledge of computer programs and softwareÂ
- Self-sufficient in decision-making skillsÂ
- Ability to work under pressure and handle many tasks at onceÂ
- Must be outgoing, have good critical thinking and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ
Work Environment and Work DistributionÂ
Time will be spent in a remote office setting.Â
60% - Campaign development, implementation, and client-partner retention
15% - enrollmentFUEL staff meetings, retreats, and conferencesÂ
15% - Produce reports, research leads, stay abreast of industry practices as a front-line expertÂ
10% - Prepare presentations; other administrative tasks
Physical DemandsÂ
- Visual and auditory acuity with speaking and hearing ability sufficient for headset/phone usage and conversationsÂ
- Manual dexterity sufficient for work on a computerÂ
- Ability to stand or sit, in alternating fashion, for long periods of timeÂ
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds, on occasionÂ
- Ability to travel to work functions out-of-state, when neededÂ
Travel RequiredÂ
Periodic travel required, up to twice per year.
