Job Specific Duties
- Manages and implements the digital marketing strategy and leads tactical operations to increase product demand, enhance sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the company website, and promote an online presence.
- Utilizes search engine optimization (SEO) analytics and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to increase traffic to the website.
- Leads the development, curation, and deployment of compelling content to attract, engage and retain visitors and promote sales.
- Employs social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns.
- Reviews online statistics, marketplace trends, and best practices to optimize online marketing performance.
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets.
Qualifications
Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in business or marketing-related emphasis
- 5 years of professional experience managing digital marketing, brand marketing, e-commerce, or social media businesses with a high degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of current digital trends and tools, including HubSpot
- 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
- Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes.

- Strategic thinking, analytical, & problem-solving skills and excellent written, oral, and presentation skills Initiative-taking, results oriented, and a creative thinker with a high level of passion, with an analytical approach to identifying opportunities.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in content production is a plus.
- Experience in Insurance Industry is a plus.
