Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description: As a diverse, fast-growing engineering and technology company, RESPEC needs a Digital Marketing Specialist in one of our primary offices. We’re looking for someone with hustle. Someone ready to get their hands dirty in the real-world marketing scene. Someone passionate about leading digital campaigns, SEO, writing, editing, and optimizing content in support of digital marketing efforts. Sound like you?
Your Qualifications and Abilities:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a prior marketing or communications position
- MarComm experience creating content for campaigns, websites, advertising collateral, and social media
- Experienced in paid media is required. (Paid Search, Display, Video, and Social campaigns)
- Proficient in best communication practices for website, SEO, social media, email, and omnichannel marketing
Required Skills:
- Proven ability to manage and optimize paid media campaigns
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Copy editing / proofreading experience to maintain brand consistency
- Expertise in writing for content optimization (SEO) with keyword integration
- Organizational and self-motivation skills to meet deadlines and deliver results
- Ability to track and report metrics of success
- Strong ability to work well within a team environment with competing priorities
- Ability to handle constructive feedback and implement suggested improvements
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus
Job Duties: (Including but not limited to)
- Develop paid media strategies to generate qualified leads through Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Plan, pace, and report on monthly budgets for various paid campaigns
- Analyze and optimize performances of paid media campaigns
- Produce and edit content for print and digital marketing materials
- Track website visitors and traffic trends using Google Analytics and LeadLander
- Improve organic search performance using SEOMoz
- Assist with MailChimp and KPI reporting
- Analyze and report metrics to measure success
- Assist other team members in ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Collaborate with various teams, including project managers, sales, marketing peers, business development support team, and executive team members, to produce and edit content
- Participate in team meetings and content development initiatives
