Digital Marketing Specialist

We're the not-for-profit grid operator at the center of New England's clean energy transition - and we're looking to spread the word! We are seeking an experienced digital marketing specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative communications team and be responsible for the development and implementation of our company's digital marketing strategies. The right person will oversee our digital marketing strategy, improve website SEO and user experience, assist with employee communications, and measure and report on successes achieved through these efforts.

How you will make an impact:

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms
• Manage and schedule the company's social media platforms, in collaboration and coordination with several internal departments
• Coordinate strategic digital media advertising campaigns the build awareness of our mission, vision, and values
• Identify the latest trends and technology within the industry including effective social media management platforms
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals, including planning and executing experiments and conversion tests
• Create compelling digital marketing graphics and ad copy

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field
• 5-10 minimum years proven working experience in digital marketing with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing advertising campaigns including social media promotion, digital display advertising, and SEO/SEM
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, SEO best practices, and brand exposure techniques
• Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools such as GA4 and SiteImprove
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments as well as geographic targeting efforts
• Experience with internal campaign promotion to the employee base

Desired not required

• Knowledge and interest in energy and/or the environment and climate change
• Graphic design software including Photoshop and Canva
