Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented web designer with several years of digital advertising and marketing experience, as well as experience building/maintaining websites.

You will be a member of the dynamic and fast paced global performance marketing team; reporting to the Vice President of Marketing to design and create website pages, email templates, improve and maintain the current website design and UX. Working on updating group websites, along with the rest of the performance team, and primarily with the Digital Design Manager to consistently review and improve the look and feel of our digital properties.

You are self-motivated, efficient, and passionate about digital design. You have good attention to detail when building landing pages and content through the use of HTML and CSS. You have experience collaborating with a marketing team to support automated nurture campaigns in programs like Marketo, Hubspot or Pardot. You keep yourself up to date with the latest design and UX trends and best practices. You have knowledge of implementing and optimizing paid digital campaigns, and working knowledge of demand-side platforms.

This role has the option of sitting in our US headquarters office in Chicago or working remotely in the United States (in all states aside from Delaware, Iowa, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia) as long as the individual has eligible working rights in the US. 

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design and create website pages, email templates, improve and maintain the current website design and UX.
• Monitor and analyze web analytics and campaign performance.
• Optimize pages by undertaking regular A/B testing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support automated nurture campaigns.
• Review and improve the look and feel of our digital properties.

• Multi-tasker: You can pivot on a moment’s notice; managing multiple projects and varying timelines to make sure client deadlines for each project are met. Strong organizational and problem solving skills are a must.
• A Collaborator: You bring an energy to the table that encourages and develops internal relationships. You seek out opportunities to collaborate with peers in your department and across the organization to ultimately elevate our clients’ experience
