Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
The US/CAN Digital Marketing Specialist supports and implements the digital requirements of all US/CAN regional marketing programs with specific responsibilities for websites, SEO, SEM, social media, and CRM / Marketing Automation email campaigns. This includes partnering with regional marketing/business managers, go-to-market teams, and agency partners to define and execute the digital strategy for the region, while also supporting execution of the global digital strategy. The goal is to attract and engage prospects at the right time and via the right channel, to convert them into qualified leads, and ultimately drive pipeline and sales.
Core day-to-day responsibilities:
- Coordinating and executing activities and programs in support of the annual plan across inbound channels including webinar, social and the website
- Updating and maintaining the website, creating new pages and new structures, and coordinating modifications to functionality for a better user experience
- Improving the quality and quantity of website traffic to website through ongoing Search Engine Optimization activities and other organic/paid initiatives
- Setting up and executing Search Engine Marketing initiatives
- Analyzing analytics and data across all inbound channels to optimize future initiatives
- Managing and keeping track of stakeholder requests, deadlines, and priorities
- Managing and optimizing Ingredion digital channels where customers interact with the brand
- Creating emails, landing pages, forms, and engagement studios in Pardot - to deploy copy written by Marcomms team. Manage scoring, grading, custom redirects, and completion actions to rank and organize prospects.
- Reporting leads and contacts in Salesforce, through reports and dashboards. Reporting on asset and opportunity performance.
- Managing Leads and process - uploading lists of leads from various sources (3rd party activations, tradeshows, etc.) and organizing them within dashboards to hand off to commercial teams. Connecting online activity to prospect records and making available to key stakeholders. Project performance for current year based on past years' data and current IMC plan activities.
- Consulting and optimizing IMC plans from a digital execution perspective.
- Partners with regional and global peers to ensure digital marketing standards are followed and adopted as appropriate
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent know-how in digital marketing
- Min of 3 years of experience working with inbound marketing tools
- Specific experience in website management, SEO, SEM, Social Media
- In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with digital analytics tools, Adobe Analytics a significant advantage
- Experience with Adobe Target or similar testing and personalization tools also an advantage
- Knowledge of inbound digital marketing and sales strategies, best practices, and associated resources
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in digital content creation an advantage
- Ability to travel up to 15-20%
