FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the dynamic world of digital media at Fox13-WTVT as our new Digital Marketing Specialist! We are looking for a digital dynamo with at least two years of experience to enrich our digital presence and captivate our audience across all streaming, digital, and social platforms.

• Develop and execute innovative content marketing strategies for digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the News Department's Digital Content Team to broaden our content's visibility.
• Take the helm of our social media presence, managing and curating posts.
• Manage our digital brand and followers across emerging new media channels.

Requirements:

• A flair for creativity with meticulous attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CMS and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus on journalism.
• A track record of two plus years in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media and the nuances of each platform.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments, willing to work a variety of times.
