Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports the execution of key brand digital marketing efforts by applying AMN brand guidelines through marketing activities in order to drive new supply initiatives and new business opportunities/engagements through the use of various online marketing channels! This role maintains a broad knowledge base ranging from search, display, social media, video, programmatic as well as vendor management in order to deliver quick turnaround in support of brand marketing strategies and initiatives!

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently drives and demonstrates strategic expertise across these areas: display advertising, search engine optimization, search engine marketing and social media.
• Monitor the activity of digital campaigns, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase leads-placement activity
• Provides marketing support to Corporate Brand Managers and other internal teams when needed.
• Understands SEO and landing page optimization and how they affect digital campaign success.
• Stay informed of new features, platforms, and functionalities in the digital world
• Ability to lead outside vendors
• Excellent teammate
• Support company and department goals and achieve business unit Key Performance Indicators

Education

• Bachelor's Degree | Preferred

Minimum Work Experience

• 2-3 years in digital marketing, preferably with experience developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. Shown skills for complex datasets and use of Excel spreadsheets
• Health care or staffing marketing experience a plus
• Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft ads
• Experience with Job boards, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, CTV and LinkedIn advertising a huge plus.
