We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of marketing-related tasks both analytical and creative. You will be responsible for creating engaging organic social media content and contributing to performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media: Develop manage and execute organic social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

• Performance Marketing: Play an active role in setting up testing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads Bing Ads Meta Ads Pinterest Ads).

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field

• Creativity: Proven ability to develop engaging social media content.

• Community Management: Experience in managing and growing online communities and engaging with followers.

• Performance Marketing: 1+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.

• Data Analytics: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish Dutch German or French is a plus.

• Initiative: Self-starter with efficient time management and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with social media management tools like Later for scheduling and automating posts.

• Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite or Socialbakers for tracking and analyzing performance.

• Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Looker/Tableau.
