The Position: As the Website & Digital Marketing Specialist you will help vet, select and migrate ISN’s marketing website to a content management system (CMS), then maintain marketing content throughout the site. In addition, you will be responsible for ISN’s SEO strategy and all other digital marketing campaigns and tactics. You'll work closely with various ISN Teams to develop cross-functional campaigns and materials. A self-starter who is organized and able to work as part of a team - willing to assist with all of the day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization - will thrive in ISN's Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing, vetting, development and migration of a new CMS for isnetworld.com (pre-login) while partnering with internal Development and Products teams and Leadership stakeholders
  • Manage digital platforms and tools such as but not limited to HubSpot, Salesforce, BrightEdge (SEO platform), QR Code Generator and ad placement portals
  • Manage all Media ad placement portals and condense results into one comprehensive report to tie into HubSpot and other reports
  • Maintain partnership with internal enterprise CRM team to ensure the HubSpot/Salesforce integration is completed and continues to improve
  • Assist Marketing Liaison- Sr. Project Manager with report creation and distribution to Leadership via Quarterly Metrics Report and Quarterly Business Activity Review (QBAR)
  • Responsible for creation and reporting of digital lead generation tactics
  • Manage and import or upload contact lists/campaigns for email communications in HubSpot
  • Build multiple workflows within HubSpot to facilitate nurture campaigns for leads generated
  • Suggest and help vet alternative tools to replace Windward tag management
  • Research and propose suggestions for ISN advertising on Meta, GoogleAds, HubSpot Ads, Google Search Console, and retargeting advertising
  • Assist with digital tradeshow assets and ideas alongside Marketing and Client Development show leads
  • Explore and stay up to date with new social media outlets that benefit ISN’s marketing strategy
  • Perform analysis and provide recommendation for digital marketing and sales tools
  • Assist with Empower™ digital advertising campaigns, partnering with CommerceHouse marketing agency
  • Assist with the digital go-to-market strategies for the release of new tools and product functionality
  • Stay aware of and share digital competitive comparisons of marketing materials with the team
  • Support Quarterly Marketing Dashboard updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of previous marketing experience preferred
  • Competency with:
      • Web-based content management system (CMS) platform implementation and management
      • Word processing applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite
      • Digital advertising tactics such as Meta, GoogleAds, HubSpot Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and retargeting platforms
      • EO keyword tracking platforms, customer relationship management (CRM) platforms such as Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
  • Marketing vendor management
  • Ability to quickly learn systems, terminology, methodologies, software, products and services
  • Demonstrates personal initiative
  • Excellent customer service orientation

ISN is based in Dallas, TX. The Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex is the fourth largest metropolitan area in the country, with a wide variety of excellent schools, entertainment venues, sports teams, and museums. ISN’s headquarters is in uptown Dallas, a short walk from multiple restaurants and shops, with easy access to public transportation and major highways.

Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office and be willing to come into the office for required trainings, events, team activities, and meetings.
