Job description

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to join The Reference team. You'll manage both B2B and B2C campaigns for clients across multiple verticals and be a core part of the marketing team. This is a hybrid position, working from our Ghent office and attending some in-person or client-site meetings in Ghent or Antwerp.

Responsibilities
  • Manage B2B and B2C campaigns for clients across multiple verticals
  • Deliver on both growth marketing programs and digital campaigns on a national and international level
  • Work closely together with the lead marketer on managing the digital marketing for our customers
  • Determine a marketing strategy and translate this to a media mix and planning
  • Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team together with conceptual creatives, digital strategists and data experts
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing position with a proven track record of successful projects
  • Proven hands-on experience with setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns in paid search, display, Facebook and Instagram
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
  • Able to translate business/campaign objectives into tailor made campaign strategies
  • Good understanding of how web technology works, especially in the context of live testing, analytics (Google Analytics 4) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Good communication and problem solving skills
  • Stays up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies (AI, etc.)

  • Experience with Programmatic Advertising and CDP/DMP solutions
