Duties and Responsibilities

• Collaborate and contribute to the collective work and impact of customer engagement.
• Initiate programs to improve the quality of communications across all channels.
• Implement, measure and evaluate campaigns across multiple channels of engagement.
• Be a major contributor in developing campaign-related materials.
• Identify target audiences using ad management tools in channels you manage.
• Leverage metrics and analytics in decision-making.
• Be in coordination with internal and external stakeholders on various campaigns.
• Be responsible in tracking and monitoring digital marketing budget with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Create and update digital marketing reports
• Create and execute Digital Marketing Campaigns such as organic search campaigns, paid advertising, email marketing, social media, and other channels to increase awareness about the company brand, products, and services.

Qualification

• At least 2 years experience in digital marketing
• Good communication
• Tech Savvy
