Description Summary: Focuses on online marketing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and digital advertising. Implements and manages marketing automation systems, including customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and email marketing tools, to streamline marketing processes. Create and maintains automated campaigns to increase brand awareness and revenue for M3. 

Essential Duties:

The duties listed below are the essential functions of this position, and they may change as the needs of the company demand. All associates are expected to do what is necessary to get the work done and to cooperate fully with their supervisor’s requests for additional or altered duties.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including objectives, tactics, and key performance indicators (KPIs), aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Website Optimization: Conduct website audits, analyze user behavior, and optimize website content, structure, and functionality to improve user experience and drive organic traffic.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, and optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, and remarketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email templates, segmenting the audience, and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify areas for improving website conversion rates, such as landing page optimization, A/B testing, and implementing lead generation tactics.
  • Digital Adoption: Essentially responsible for driving more leads, more demos, and ultimately more deals that can be attributed to marketing through digital marketing.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance digital marketing strategies and tactics. 

Education/Training/Experience:

  • A minimum of 2 or more years of experience in a directly related position is Preferred.
  • Completion of a Bachelors Degree is Required. Strong preference for the completion of a major in Sales, Marketing or Business ; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have strong written and verbal skills in English and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to build and maintain positive business relationships with co-workers and other business contacts.
  • Must demonstrate problem-solving, critical thinking, and initiative skills.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications, especially in MS Office, Email Sending Tools, CRM Tools, and other marketing software used. 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in the office regularly, or pivot to working at home should emergency situations arise.
  • Ability to travel nominally, up to 10% of the timerepresenting the company’s interests required.
  • Ability to attend work per assigned schedule and attend meetings with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 25 lbs.
