@LifeAtALKU as a Digital Marketing Specialist:

ALKU is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the Growth Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in designing, developing, updating, optimizing, and monitoring existing and net new pages for our WordPress hosted website and landing pages generated by HubSpot. This role will be a part of the Digital Team and will have a focus on building out our Employer brand web pages and digital marketing initiatives.

Day to Day:

• Lead website development projects for different brands across ALKU
• Work with stakeholders to identify and understand development needs and scope of work needed to complete the proposed initiative
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of B2B and B2C audience life cycle journeys
• Collaborate with internal teams and external web/tech teams on web development and digital initiatives
• Use Google Analytics, Google Optimize, and other testing platforms to monitor, report on and optimize website tests and general performance
• Maintain brand consistency and voice across pages of the website by audience
• Assess and enhance the user experience of the ALKU website by personas
• Assist in other digital strategies including paid media campaigns, email marketing, content, and SEO.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in digital marketing, web development, or related field
• 3-5 years of related work experience in digital marketing, web development, HTML, CSS, and working in WordPress
• Experiences:
  • UI/UX design experience
  • Technical SEO experience
  • Experience working in HubSpot and creating landing pages
  • Experience with search engine optimization, lead generation, and email marketing, campaign management
• Strong analytics skills and understanding of G4
• Skilled in creating and writing content is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
