The position:
As a Digital Marketing Specialist focused on demand generation, you are responsible for implementing and executing campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and generate leads. You're a strategic thinker, creative, and possess technical expertise. You will work closely with other teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Your goal is to drive tangible results such as increased website traffic, higher conversion rates, and a growing pipeline of leads, making it a critical function in driving business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility, traffic, and engagement across all relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page optimization strategies to improve website visibility and rankings.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and budget management.
- Drive clear revenue growth through paid media strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies to manage paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing strategy and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and grow social media channels, including working with internal team members to create content, monitor performance, and engage with followers.
- Collaborate with team members to create high-quality, effective digital marketing assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Apply proficient analytical skills to assess the complete customer experience throughout various channels and touchpoints.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media (especially LinkedIn) in a B2B, environment.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, Hootsuite, Wordpress, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
- A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
