POSITION SUMMARY

Assist with the execution of our digital marketing content across various channels, including SEO/SEM, website, social media, and paid media/PPC campaigns.

Manage and optimizing our online presence, including website content, social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), an mobile banking platforms.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Manage BancFirst's social media channels, including creating and scheduling content.

Craft well written communications and visual messaging to establish a strong brand presence and foster customer engagement. Creates social media artwork as needed.

Manage, monitor, and report on BancFirst's paid social media and digital advertising campaigns, making changes and updates as needed.

1. Track social media and digital advertising campaign analytics, generating monthly reports and presentations to digital strategy manager.

Leverage online media placements and ensure content is current, easily found, efficiently organized, and appropriate.

Responsible for preparing and distributing marketing messages across all of BancFirst's digital sites including online and mobile banking, eStatements, web banners, and others.

1. Create and update content for BancFirst.bank

Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in online marketing and measurement, providing guidance on their adoption when appropriate.

Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

SKILLS AND QUALIFCATION

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Digital Communication and Media, or a related field.

Prefer at least 2 years in digital marketing, including leading and managing websites, marketing databases, and social media campaigns.

In-depth understanding of identifying target audiences and devising engaging, informative, and motivating digital campaigns.

Proficient in working with digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics/Ads/Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and CMS platforms.

High proficiency in Word, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite and social media management software required.

Result-oriented and trustworthy self-starter with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and deliver measurable results.

Sincere commitment to work collaboratively with a variety of constituent groups

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10-15 pounds
