Digital Marketing Specialist

Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist, Retention will play a key role in retaining our core digital subscriber base across MNG. This role will serve as a liaison between the retention team and our customer service teams. Come work with us!
What you will do:

• Plan and execute subscriber communications via email, website, inbound calls and other subscriber touch points
• They also will identify key opportunities in the subscriber lifecycle and work with our marketing operations team to execute campaigns that improve engagement and retention
• They will communicate with customers to find out what issues they are facing and how we could improve our products or services to retain their business
• Provide customer service support to subscribers and our internal and external customer service teams
• Handle escalated customer service issues
• Deploy retention strategies based on data and subscriber feedback
• Proactively build documentation and user flows to reduce common subscriber pain points
• Coordinate with customer service leads to unify strategy and deploy best practices across all markets
• Support engagement and retention tests through campaign building and results reporting
• Develop customer service communications to inform of and support retention campaigns
• Work with product and technology teams to identify features and products that will drive subscriber retention
• Review customer service communications and provide suggestions to improve digital subscriber satisfaction

What you will bring:

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• They will have a deep understanding of our subscriber lifecycle
• Experience planning and coordinating marketing communication campaigns via email and website
• Familiarity with web analytics and the ability to extract insights from data
• Understanding of the subscriber stages and the drivers of retention
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated and curious
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years experience in marketing, retention or customer experience leadership roles

The annual salary range is $65,000.00 - 75,000.00. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. This role is eligible for a bonus based on performance.
