ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of PPC, SEM, social media ads, and other digital advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve our marketing objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive paid media strategies that align with overall marketing goals, informed by keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Manage and allocate the advertising budget across different platforms and campaigns. Also, ensure efficient use of the budget to maximize ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and paid advertising.
- Experiment with new advertising techniques and platforms to stay ahead of the competition.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in using PPC and SEO tools such as SEMrush.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications is a plus
