Position Summary

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a contract Digital Marketing Specialist to help support design and marketing related client projects. This person will act as a liaison between the brand marketing teams and the technical teams by assisting Business Systems Analysts in documenting business needs and technical requirements from the client. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Adobe Photoshop and HTML so they can create and implement website updates.

 

Responsibilities

  • Compile and manage continuous improvement tickets in response to current Marketing projects/priorities, requests from cross-functional business teams, and recommendations from SEO partners
  • Compile and manage incident management tickets in response to requests from Marketing, Sales, and clients
  • Perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback/approval for Magento CI/IM tickets 
  • Perform/assist content manager with admin front-end adjustments
  • Post blogs
  • Provide website assistance to others in the organization
  • Provide website assistance to clients (via their customer service representatives)
  • Provide written functional documentation
  • Pull reports and present analytics from Magento/Google Analytics 4/PowerBI
  • Create tags and triggers in Google Tag Manager to measure key events in Google Analytics 4
  • Create simple mockups to illustrate ticket requirements in cases where minimal UI/UX input is required
  • Provide and champion best-practice recommendations for other departments of the business


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role
  • Adobe Photoshop experience
  • Proven ability to translate and document technical requirements based on client needs
  • HTML experience 
  • Experience using a CMS (Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress) or ecommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or Adobe Commerce) is a huge plus
  • JIRA experience is preferred
