Alliant Insurance is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist I at First Jersey Insurance!

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: Our Digital Marketing Specialist I will be responsible for developing marketing communications campaigns across multiple digital marketing channels, including web, search, display, video, social media, and email.

• Full-time, benefits-eligible
• Onsite at our office: 54 Jerseyville Ave, Freehold, NJ 07728
• Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 am-5 pm, Friday 8:30 am-2:30 pm
• Open to recent graduates (high school or college) who are outgoing, creative, and, are comfortable with digital media

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Web Content: Develop and support the website content strategy through the development and management of original content for use in websites, blogs, videos, newsletters, graphics, and other digital media. Monitor and report on results.
• Social Media: Develop and support the social media content strategy through the development and management of social media communities (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). Create and post content across social media channels. Monitor and report on results.
• Email Marketing: Develop and support the email content strategy through the development and management of email marketing campaigns and databases. Monitor and report on results.
• Special Projects: Work collaboratively with fellow staff to advance the values and mission of Senior Market Sales by serving on relevant internal and external committees. Assist with special projects/assignments as requested by members of management. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma, or GED required
• Associate degree preferred
• Minimum one (1) year of social media creation and management, marketing, digital design, journalism, advertising, or related required
• Experienced with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Photoshop, etc.
• Experienced with social media platforms including Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
