Weâre looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team in Los Angeles: You will be responsible for writing, scheduling, managing, and reporting on all marketing campaigns through hubspot, paid media, and organic content. This role entails working with the Director of Content to coordinate and schedule content promotion, managing the NuORDER blog, and writing both long form and short form copy for various marketing assets. You will be working hand-in-hand with our Director of Demand Generation to write paid media, aid in conference logistics, and work with the content team on deliverables pertaining to paid campaigns. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and can work well with a team as well as autonomously. Will be reporting on campaign marketing metrics on a monthly meeting.Â
What youâll be doing:
- Oversee and help write content for all digital marketing efforts including email campaigns, paid ads, website copy, social media ads, and landing pagesÂ
- Assist with the development, implementation, tracking, measurement, and optimization of all digital efforts in hubspot, Google analytics, and Salesforce.Â
- Blog: Maintain calendar and coordinate content development working with outside freelance writers.Â
- SEM and other digital marketing efforts: Assist with creating and optimizing campaigns: using data to bolster conversion points for all channels.Â
- Email marketing campaigns: Setup, execute, and track weekly/seasonal marketing programs in Hubspot and maintain a digital marketing calendar. Assist in SEO site fixes.Â
- Other Marketing Efforts: Assist with marketing sponsored events, such as tradeshow coordination. May require some in-person event attendance.
- Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with appropriate team members
- Proof all copy and visual assets prior to deployment
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines
What youâll be bringing to the team:
Weâre a team of 7 people located in the U.S. and Europe. Our team is responsible for developing the NuORDER by Lightspeed brand voice, generating quality leads, and creating brand awareness.Â
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Intermediate experience working with the following marketing automation tools: Hubspot, Wordpress, and Google Analytics.Â
- Strong writing background and provide samples upon request.
- Bachelorâs Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience creating a brand voice and strong cross-function collaborative skills.
- Salesforce knowledge is preferred.
- Some travel might be required.Â
