About the Role
FareHarbor is looking for a strategic digital marketer to join our Client Engagement team. You will be responsible for executing digital campaigns to support our client adoption and growth goals.Ā
In this role, you will work closely with the marketing channel owners and cross functionally with Account Management, Support and other commercial teams to understand and clearly communicate the value FareHarbor provides to our clients.Ā You will dive deep into understanding the needs of specific segments in order to provide clients and users with opportunities and solutions to strengthen their partnership with FareHarbor.Ā
We are looking for someone who thinks in outcomes, not features, makes decisions based on data and is energized by challenges.
What youāll do here:
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns from ideation to reporting
- Champion key client segments and/or portion of the client journey. Iterate, test and optimize your client engagement strategies to drive higher adoption, retention and growth of your target clients.Ā
- Partner with channel owners to define the strategy of deliverables per channel including FareHarbor.com, the FareHarbor blog, webinars, Compass, social, and email
- Write marketing copy for campaign deliverablesĀ
- Guide the creative and copy teams to ensure deliverables successfully communicate the campaigns key communication goalsĀ
- Report on the impact of campaigns based on engagement data. Apply your insights to future campaigns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years working in a digital strategy role at an agency or SaaS company
- Experience owning multi-channel digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, display, search and social campaigns and SEO.
- Portfolio demonstrating your success in executing multi-channel campaignsĀ
- Intermediate to advanced analytical skills and an aptitude for using data to drive decision making; includes experience working with Google Analytics in a professional setting
- Out-of-the-box thinking and ability to intelligently push beyond āthe askāĀ
- Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Enthusiastic, passionate individual excited to be a part of a growing team

Salary Range: $58,046-$72,557, plus 10% bonus potentialĀ
