Our Marketing team is seeking a B2B strategic and creative digital marketing professional. The Digital Marketing Strategist will serve as an integral member of the Marketing team and will be responsible for all things digital. This is a hands-on role where you will not only develop the digital strategy, but also execute on your vision. Your contributions to SilkRoad will include:
  • Innovating, building and executing on digital marketing strategies that optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Acting as digital marketing subject matter expert, bringing forward ideas to drive innovation.
  • Building, executing and tracking a consistent SEO and UX strategy; owning website, content, landing pages, campaigns, etc.
  • Conducting ongoing website optimization and improving usability, design, content, and conversion.
  • Developing paid media strategy: campaign construction, optimization, and results reporting.
  • Managing marketing automation platform.
  • Creating analytical reports to measure the performance of digital marketing activity; analyzing data and historical trends to provide actionable recommendations and deliver continuous improvements.
  • Ensuring brand alignment and consistency in all digital and social media marketing initiatives and communications.
  • Staying abreast of the HCM digital marketing landscape; researching and communicating important best practices, industry trends and platform updates.
  • Managing vendor relationships and operations.

Required Skills
  • Strategic thinker who can execute on the company's vision.
  • Proficient with computer software including Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to develop and execute high ROI digital marketing programs.
  • Self-starter with ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; detail oriented.
  • Creative problem solver with outstanding analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work in a result and deadline driven environment.

Required Experience
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience and proven results in digital marketing and advertising; B2B and SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Minimum two years' experience with marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience/certification preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Advanced experience with digital marketing tools to optimize marketing and lead generation efforts.
  • Proven experience driving website inbound traffic.
  • Experience building and driving social media.
