If you are hired, you will be

• Learning and mastering Rushable's product suite from top to bottom.
• Working with the team to conceptualize, develop, and execute media campaigns.
• Researching ad spaces and prices, comparing and negotiating rates to fit the project scope.
• Determining and managing budgets while creating plans to establish an efficient media mix.
• Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs.
• Identifying keywords and provide effective strategies to maintain and increase traffic via SEO.
• Clearly defining target audiences, ad platforms, strategies, and goals.
• Working with different departments to grow Rushable's exposure and scope.

Your must-haves are

• 3+ years of working experience in digital marketing space
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Expert with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, etc.
• High-level of understanding on how SEO works
• Expertise in conversion funnel building and optimization

Your nice-to-haves are

• Certifications from Google Skillshop
• Certifications from Meta Blueprint
• Familiarity on website design and building
• Proven e-book researching and writing skill
