About the role:

The Digital Marketing Strategist at Listrak acts as a consultant to uncover cross-channel digital marketing optimizations to help grow our clients’ businesses. The Digital Marketing Strategist must be familiar with segmentation, engagement strategy, and brand insights that shape innovative marketing & business strategies to achieve revenue growth through Listrak channels (Email, SMS, browser & app push, etc.) while understanding how they interact with and are influenced by a client’s other marketing channels. Using a data-driven approach, the role leads client engagements and development of digital marketing strategies for our Growth Xcellerator Platform (GXP) while supporting Client Services pods for all strategic and analytical needs.

• Leads strategic planning engagements for Listrak clients by examining the research, analyzing the data, crafting the digital marketing vision, building the roadmap/testing plan, and leading project execution.
• Provides consultation on customer cross-channel marketing communication, best practices, and optimization efforts for existing clients within Listrak channels (Email, SMS, browser & app push, etc.).
• Leads GXP engagements with clients: strategic assessment of program, optimization recommendations, performance tracking, prioritizing initiatives, performance delivery/presentation, gaining client buy-in, and iteration.
• Works with clients on strategic planning initiatives, marketing program development, results analysis, and campaign execution.
• Supports client services pods with strategic and analytic initiatives to help drive client revenue growth.

You have:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with concentration in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar fields of study
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy in a B2C context
• 2+ years of experience in an agency or consulting setting with presenting to clients and/or stakeholders
• 2+ years of experience with an email service provider (ESP), CRM, digital marketing channels, cross channel orchestration, web analytics tools (i.e. Google Analytics), and visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
• Proven experience with strategic thinking, complex decision-making, and digital marketing and the ability to simplify / identify the easiest strategies to grow a business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to inspire and influence key decision makers in a professional manner.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects across multiple clients, strong project management skills.
• Experience with digital marketing channels (Email, SMS, SEO, Paid Social, CPC), CRM, audiences, segmentation, cross-channel marketing, and ecommerce strategy.
• Experience in data-driven marketing, customer acquisition, customer retention, and loyalty.
