Salary:$50K-$60K DOE

• Website Development (WordPress)
• Build and manage multiple websites across our brands
• Ensure sites are fast, mobile-optimized, and conversion-friendly
• Manage forms, chat tools, analytics, and lead tracking systems
• SEO + GEO Optimization
• Execute on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies
• Manage Google Business Profiles and local listings
• Create keyword-optimized content and landing pages
• Paid Ads Management
• Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Google LSAs
• Optimize ad spend, conversions, and lead quality
• Track performance, run A/B tests, and adjust strategy based on data
• Digital Strategy & Reporting
• Monitor analytics via GA4, Search Console, and Tag Manager
• Recommend and implement new tools and strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and drive growthQualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing and WordPress site management
• Proven track record managing SEO and paid ad campaigns with strong ROI
• Proficient in:
• WordPress (Elementor, Web Flow, Divi, etc.)
• Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads
• SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager
• Strong communicator and project manager
• Experience in recruiting, franchising, or home services industries is a plusCompensation & Benefits
