Sentara Healthcare is hiring a Digital Media Advisor!

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET). M-F

Job responsibilities:

The Digital Media Advisor will work closely with our marketing and web development teams to help collaborate, align and optimize our organic and paid search engine optimization strategies for our website and social media channels.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of related experience required.
• Experience includes but not limited to advancing digital solutions and strategy across web, mobile and social channels
• Experienced in Google Analytics, AdWords and Tag Manager and Sitecore applications as well as a general familiarity with WCAG 2.0 and Section 508 web compliance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Familiarity with paid advertisements on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms as well as a general understanding of HIPAA and web privacy laws is also a plus

For applicants within Washington State, the following hiring range will be applied: $68,009.76 to $102,014.64/annually.

Job Summary

Leads development and execution of digital strategy and user experience across web, social and mobile channels aligned with the company's strategic plan and initiatives. Partners with teams across the growing company in the development of innovative digital solutions that align with strategic market goals and initiatives, digital trends and technology. Educates and advises others on appropriate use of digital solutions for customer experience design incorporating voice of the customer, persona development, customer journey mapping, product/service development and design and market segmentation in support of customer acquisition and development.

Bachelor's degree required. Masters degree preferred. 3-5 years of related experience required. Experience includes but not limited to advancing digital solutions and strategy across web, mobile and social channels
