Your Role and Responsibilities
A Sprinklr Analyst is a professional responsible for managing and optimizing the use of Sprinklr a social media management and customer experience platform. Their primary focus is on utilizing Sprinklr’s tools and features to enhance a company’s social media presence engagement and customer interactions. The role involves a combination of technical proficiency strategic thinking and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Management:

• Administer and configure Sprinklr platform settings to align with the organization’s social media goals.
• Stay updated on the latest Sprinklr features and functionalities and recommend updates to enhance efficiency.

• Data Analysis:

• Analyze social media data using Sprinklr analytics tools to derive actionable insights.
• Generate reports and dashboards to measure the performance of social media campaigns and activities.

• Campaign Execution:

• Plan implement and manage social media campaigns using Sprinklr tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.

• Community Engagement:

• Monitor and engage with the online community through Sprinklr’s listening and response features.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

• Collaboration:
