Digital Media and Platform Services Lead

We are on the hunt for a visionary Digital Media and Platform Services Lead. In this leadership role, you will navigate the intricacies of the US Government advertising landscape, ensuring our Pulse Connect platform remains a preferred choice for mission-critical solutions.

What you will do:

• Provide strategic direction to the team, ensuring efficient use of DSPs.
• Design and implement advertising solutions tailored for government needs.
• Create and manage strong relationships with DSPs and other relevant players in the ad tech space that can help our clients achieve their objectives
• Spearhead initiatives to refine and expand digital media services.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and metrics.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and engineers and external government stakeholders client
• Ensure seamless integration and service delivery via the Pulse Connect platform.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to drive innovation.
• Apply the latest industry trends and best practices to achieve our clients’ outcomes
• Stay abreast of government regulations and trends affecting digital advertising.

What you will need:

• 5+ years experience in digital media planning and execution.
• Strong understanding of DSPs and digital advertising ecosystems.
• Demonstrated excellence in communicating, including written and verbal
• Demonstrated ability to build and work across teams

Nice if you have:

• Deep understanding of pay per click, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
• Prior experience in a marketing/media agency setting.
• Understanding of the US Government's advertising requirements and landscape.

Clearance/Citizenship

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
