Digital Media Designer

Aduro is seeking an experienced Digital Media Designer who is passionate about the intersection of humans, technology, content, and media. You bring conceptual thinking and creative designs while leveraging your in-depth knowledge of graphic design, iconography, and data visualization. Additionally, you energetically mentor and lead teammates through collaboration and feedback.

To succeed in this role, you bring in-depth knowledge of graphic design, branding, and storytelling. You believe there is a lot more to design then just making things look good. You understand the power of strong design to enhance comprehension, retention, and learning. Ultimately, you are skilled at delivering a variety of high-quality, impactful content that unlocks human potential in the world.

Responsibilities

• Bring design standards and multimedia best practices to audio, video, and digital design
• Lead brainstorming sessions, seek out creative and innovative ideas, and prioritize feedback.
• Design graphics including iconography, infographics, data visualization, workbooks, and slides.
• Serve as a reliable sounding board for other creatives, providing design guidance and feedback.
• Contribute to team efficiencies by creating templates, best practices, and processes
• Maintain corporate brand consistency while expanding design standards specific to the Content & Media Labs Team.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Create content through a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or another relevant field.
• Strong portfolio of relevant design projects.
• Hand-on experience in the creative process
• Proficient with Adobe Suite and PowerPoint.
• Thrives on creativity, collaboration and communication.
• Explore new ideas, be curious, keep an open mind, and actively give and receive feedback.
• Trendwatcher for how audiences consume content and change their behaviors.
• Experience in Healthcare or well-being industry a plus.
