Digital Media Manager
Job Description
Highnoon is expanding rapidly and is looking for a full-time Digital Media Manager. We are requiring a minimum of 5+ years of experience creating strategic paid media plans based on clients' goals and budget along with direct management and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms and channels. This experience can be client-side or agency-side. Specific experience should include direct experience with Google Ads (PPC, YouTube, display, and remarketing) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) is required. Experience with Google Shopping, Amazon selling and advertising, and programmatic vendors a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic media plans that reach target audiences and exceed client goals. This includes identifying the best mix of ad platforms, audience targets, creative formats, and landing pages
- Launch campaigns in self-serve platforms and coordinate ad buys with vendors and publishers
- Regularly analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure KPIs are being met
- Regularly consult with clients over the phone or in-person to review strategy, performance reports and communicate insights and recommendations
- In cooperation with other Digital Media Managers, provide guidance, ongoing training, and development to digital media team members
- Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of paid digital and social media platforms including but not limited to:
- Google Ads - Search, Display, and Remarketing
- Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Programmatic display and retargeting
- Video - YouTube (OTT/CTV a plus)
- E-commerce - Amazon advertising, Google Shopping, PLAs
- Digital audio and direct media buys a plus
- Strong understanding of attribution and experience implementing and analyzing various models
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and high standards of quality on all work produced
- Be proactive with account recommendations and share industry insights
- Demonstrated understanding of tracking methods, particularly via Google Tag Manager
- Manage and optimize advertising strategies that are valuable, usable, and feasible by
- Gathering input from a variety of internal and external sources
- Analyzing competitors and market trends
- Evaluating technologies
- Defining success metrics
- Advanced Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Demonstrated expertise in working with data and creating reports that tell a story and drive decisions
- Hands-on experience with Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) ad unit sizes, and cross-device advertising (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Effective and efficient communication with the account and production teams
- Experience working with an ad server is a huge plus

Requirements
- 5+ years of paid media experience, with 1-2 years working in an Agency setting (preferred)
- Strong understanding of paid media requirements and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related-field
- Direct experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, paid social and/or programmatic advertising
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus
- Ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems autonomously
- Experience with A/B and other testing modalities
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills; articulate when speaking
- Ability analyze data and provide data or evidence-based recommendations
- Highly organized with an ability to always hit deadlines for assigned work
- Highly experienced with Microsoft office products
- A very strong work ethic and ability to deal with the frequently changing workload including varied projects and fast-paced situations associated with an advertising and marketing agency
