As a Digital Media Manager on the Digital Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

• Develop and maintain digital advertising programs that drive sales for both Neighborly and Neighborly brands with a focus on optimizing performance and meeting KPI targets.
• Work alongside the Digital Media Director to develop and implement paid media strategies including paid search, display, paid social advertising, and other digital ad strategies.
• Leverage Neighborly's customer data platform (CDP) in conjunction with agency and internal subject matter experts to devise ad campaigns that result in multi-brand growth.
• Serve as point-of-contact for agency partners in the execution of brand paid media programs, with manager oversight.
• Gather, measure and report performance of paid media campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Identify opportunities for campaign improvement regularly, including managing A/B tests.
• Submits and manages creative requests as they relate to digital media.
• Collaborate with the Digital Media Director to educate internal stakeholders and franchisees on areas of paid media through webinars, tutorials and other documentation.

• Experience:
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing; previous agency experience a plus
  • Experience with web analytics tools and digital platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tools.
  • High degree of professional maturity; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, or Equivalent, in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising or related field.
• Schedule / in-office requirements:
  • If local to DFW, can work hybrid in Irving, TX. Also open to fully remote.
