As Clarion North America’s newest rockstar, this Digital Media Marketing Coordinator will help elevate our Energy sector media brands digital presence and drive demand via digital campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a paid media plan for social channels, identify partnership and activation opportunities, and ensure the brand message is articulated consistently across channels.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Drive and accelerate business growth through digital marketing initiatives by working cross-functionally with business, production, and creative teams
  • Design, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, SMS, affiliate, and SEM/display
  • Work closely with creative teams to create unique, eye-catching assets to be utilized across campaigns
  • Employ storytelling capabilities to create an engaging, relatable, and authentic brand voice
  • Develop regular output of content and campaigns using target keywords to improve search rankings
  • Conduct ongoing testing and analysis on all campaigns, make informed decisions that optimize performance
  • Manage day-to-day operations that adhere to long- and short-term goals for subscriber and lead gen growth across our energy media brands

The skills & experience you'll need:

  • Social Media Management: Ability to create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Proficient in social media analytics tools and capable of interpreting performance data to optimize strategy.
  • MQL Campaigns: Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and experience in executing marketing qualified lead (MQL) campaigns that nurture leads through the marketing funnel to sales-ready status.
  • Content Creation: Excellent writing and graphic design skills to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Data Analysis: Competence in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) to track campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • SEO/SEM: Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) techniques to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various digital platforms and to collaborate with team members.
