Job Title: Digital Media Planner, Marketing

Employment Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week 

Reports to: Senior Digital Paid Media Manager

Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Advertising Coordinator to join our dynamic team and assist in our paid digital advertising efforts for our live events marketing organization. As the Digital Advertising Coordinator, you will support our Digital Advertising Manager in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and ticket sales for our 20+ events held nationwide.

Responsibilities 

  1. Continuously evaluate and monitor our advertising strategies across various digital channels, with a primary focus on Facebook ads, Google ads, Instagram ads, and other relevant platforms. Adjust the media plan, in coordination with our external advertising agency, based on CPA and ROAS goals and other metrics. 

  1. Ensure that our digital campaigns are designed to drive conversions and executed on time, incorporating creative elements and proper channel usage. 

  1. Utilize your expertise to create a sense of urgency and scarcity through innovative ad messaging and promotional tactics, driving potential attendees to take immediate action. 

  1. Analyze and review campaign performance, audience behavior, and other relevant data. Provide data and recommendations to the Digital Advertising Manager. 

  1. Utilize your deep knowledge of Meta advertising to segment target audiences effectively and tailor ad content based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and other relevant factors. 

  1. Execute A/B testing of creative, targeting, and messaging parameters to identify the best performing ad sets. 

  1. Stay current with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices on various digital advertising platforms to maintain a competitive edge. 

  1. Generate regular reports on campaign performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations to share with stakeholders and drive informed decision-making. 

Qualifications 

  1. BS/BA in Marketing or related field required.

  1. 3-5 years of proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a specific focus on Facebook, Google, and Instagram advertising. 

  1. B2C experience with retail and live event ticket sales a plus. 

  1. Deep proficiency of Meta Ads Manager, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and other advanced features. 

  1. Understanding of data analysis and performance metrics. 

  1. Ability to come up with innovative ideas to engage audiences and increase event attendance. 

  1. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  1. Understanding of marketing principles, audience segmentation, and customer behavior in the context of event marketing. 

  1. A collaborative attitude, open to feedback, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
