Seeking a Digital Media Specialist for a growing and innovative brand. In this role, you will apply digital media expertise and data-driven thinking to drive traffic and sales through marketing channels such as paid search, shopping and display.

Location:

This role works out of Signature Hardware's corporate offices in Erlanger, KY on a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating and reporting into Strategic Planning Director on development of digital media strategies (specifically PPC and digital display platforms) that perform in tandem with an integrated media and advertising strategy.
• Support operations of paid search, PLA and other channels, in coordination with external partners and with a focus on managing budgets and driving traffic at a profitable return on ad spend.
• Understanding SEM metrics and collaborating with vendor partners to deliver meaningful campaign insights, takeaways and identifying innovative solutions to exceed goals.
• Present outcomes and findings to key internal leaders in an informative way.
• Work on sophisticated problems/projects where situations or data analysis requires an evaluation of factors.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Planning team and Creative team on development for assets needed for seasonal and event planning.
• Partner with teams to develop integrated campaign briefs and templates to advise and enable effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Passion for digital media and a drive to continue to learn more and keep up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Handling relationships with vendor partners and staying up to date on SEM and PPC trends to stay relevant and effective.
• Proven ability to build and interpret reports that assess campaign delivery against critical metrics and find opportunities to improve digital campaign performance.
• Expertise in digital channels and how they align to funnel stages.
• Strong point of view with an understanding of business objectives

Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $6,783.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
