This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Digital Multimedia Designer - REMOTE. In this dynamic role, you will drive the creative vision through visual storytelling and asset production across various platforms including digital, motion, and print. Your contribution will be instrumental in shaping how families perceive educational opportunities, creating compelling visuals that resonate emotionally and strategically. Collaborating closely with our Story and Performance teams, you will ensure that each project enhances connections between students, families, and educators. Your work will have a significant impact on how our mission is conveyed and understood across multiple channels. Accountabilities

  • Serve as primary in-house designer, overseeing visual production across social media, paid media, motion graphics, video, print, and web.
  • Create performance-driven digital advertising assets, including both static and motion ads optimized for testing.
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video for various channels to support marketing campaigns.
  • Support web design with page layout and visual design, including A/B testing of landing pages.
  • Design print collateral such as brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop scalable templates and content systems for organic social media to assist campus teams.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on design experience in an in-house marketing, agency, or production environment.
  • Experience designing performance-driven ad creative for platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, with iterative testing.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Web design experience including page layout and creative A/B testing (Figma or similar).
  • Video editing skills, proficient in software like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Ability to design print materials and prepare production files.
  • Prior experience leading or working solo in high-volume production settings.
  • Experience integrating AI-assisted design tools into creative workflows.
