Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) Level 2 and Level 3
Position Summary
DarkStar Intelligence is looking for Digital Network Exploitation Analysts (DNEAs) of all skill levels for various roles to help validate information and produce intelligence assessments that enable informed decision-making at the senior Military and Government level and support national cybersecurity missions.
Location: Fort Meade, MD
FSLA Status: Full-Time
Citizenship: Applicants must be U.S. Citizens
Position Type: On-Site
Clearance Level: TS/SCI FS Polygraph
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Utilize extensive data sources to understand and map target networks, assisting in the development of comprehensive exploitation and operational strategies. Evaluate potential opportunities for network exploitation and design approaches accordingly.
- Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity information across various layers of the OSI network stack, applying a deep understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices, their network interfaces, and traffic patterns. This data analysis is integral to comprehending and preempting potential network threats.
- Contribute to the development of innovative methodologies necessary for such analyses as technology evolves. You will be on the front lines of technology advancement, adapting and innovating in line with technological growth and progression.
- Collaborate with government and military organizations to develop a shared understanding of intelligence requirements, mission relevance, and areas of expertise. Your collaboration skills will bridge the gap between our team and these entities, aligning our efforts towards common goals.
- Apply your inherent curiosity and sharp analytical skills to develop hypotheses, critically assess and choose the right analysis techniques. Manipulate, enrich, evaluate, and redirect data to acquire and share key insights. Your analytical expertise will guide our efforts and inform our strategies.
- Succinctly condense, document, contextualize, and communicate your findings—along with any new methods you develop—to teammates, stakeholders, and consumers of intelligence. Your communication skills will ensure that key information is shared effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
- US government clearance: Top Secret /Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) + Full Scope Polygraph
- U.S. Citizen
- Meet the experience and education qualifications determined for each Level
- Level 2
- 2 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR
- 3 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
- 5 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
- 7 years’ applicable experience with an associate degree
- Level 3:
- 4 years’ applicable experience with a PhD, OR
- 6 years’ applicable experience with a master’s degree, OR
- 8 years’ applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, OR
- 10 years’ applicable experience with an associate degree
- Level 2
